We will do our best to describe all articles as accurately as possible. We also use photos to give you the best information we can without misleading you. It is our aim to have all articles in stock and to be able to deliver your order within 3-5 days. Sometimes an article can be temporary out of stock or not available any longer. We will then do our best to provide you with a similar article, sold out articles will be removed from the web shop immediately. Pro Tattoo Art STG (PTA) can not be held responsible for late delivery of an order.
1.1 On all articles and valid delivery contracts of PTA our General terms and conditions (called "Terms and Condition") are applicable.
1.2 Acceptation of our product offers, or when you place an order, you accept and understand our terms of delivery.
1.3 On our terms, conditions and contracts only the Swedish law is applicable. All disagreements between parties (PTA and customer) can only be handled by a Swedish court in Sweden.
1.4 Only by written agreement between PTA and a customer, PTA can change terms for special agreements.
1.5 When you order electronically (and eventually sign) you have an officially legal contract with PTA. This contract is valid as soon PTA has received the completely filled in (and signed) order form.
1.6 PTA has the right to cancel any order without explanation, if the order form is not filled in complete or for other urgent reasons.
1.7 All articles in the web shop are protected by the legal copyright. Without written permission it is not allowed to use any information of this website for commercial purpose. If you wish to do so, you need to get in contact with us.
2. Price of articles
2.1 All articles offered by PTA are free of obligations. We keep the right to change the prices of articles or to stop selling it.
2.2 The prices in the web shop are presented VAT excluded and customers can choose to pay in either SEK (Swedish Kronor) or in EURO
2.3 Prices are exclusive cost of shipment and costs of payment.
2.4 Offers are valid until the day of expiration.
2.5 PTA is not responsible for any eventually extra cost of customs and other cost if the order is sent to other countries than Sweden. The customer is responsible for all extra cost, the level of that cost is depending of the country and the import rules of the customs.
3. How to order
3.1 You place your order in our Web shop and choose the amount of the article you would like to purchase.
3.2 There are different methods of payment you can choose from. The fastest and safest is to pay the order by Credit Card. Swedish customers can make a Direct Bank transfer via the following banks: Nordea, Handelsbanken, Swedbank or SEB. Registered customers can also choose to have their order sent as a Cost on Delivery parcel (Postförskott). The customer then pay for the goods when it is collected from our partner Posten.
3.3 The order will be shipped in normal conditions within 3-5 working days after payment is received. The risk of shipment is the customers responsibility, all parcels can be insured by PTA for an extra cost.
3.4 You can also pick up the order at our office in Västra Frölunda, Sweden, the advantage is that you will not pay any cost for shipment.
3.5 Cost of shipment is country, weight and size depending. When checking out the customer can choose different methods of shipping. Swedish customers will always have their parcel sent as a Postpaket. Outside Sweden the customer can choose either to have their parcel sent by TNT or DPD.
3.6 It is the customers responsibility to check the order so that everything is spelt correctly and the order has been filled out correctly.
Article 4 Payments
4.1 Customers can choose to pay via the following payment systems:
- Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), Secure and safe via our partner DIBS
- Direct Bank Transfer (Only Swedish Customers) via Nordea, Swedbank, Handelsbanken and SEB
- Bank Transfer to our account in Swedbank. (Manual payment in advance via your local bankoffice)
- Pay on Delivery (Only Swedish Customers with a Customer number)
Article 5 Delivery of the articles
5.1 The order will be prepared and sent as soon as payment is received.
5.2 Sending the order usually takes place within 1 till 3 working days after receiving the payment. Exceptions are possible and depend on availability of the article. PTA is not responsible for delays if there are circumstances out of PTA´s control such as war, terrorism, strike, delivery problems, government rules, nature disasters and so on. When delivery is delayed the customer will receive a message. If PTA is not able to deliver in a reasonable time the customer is free to cancel the order. Payments done will be refunded.
5.3 If the order contains more than one article and if some of the articles are temporary out of stock. PTA can choose to send parts of the ordered goods or wait until all the articles will be in stock again.
PTA will make the best choice, if the order is sent in parts the customer will not be responsible for the extra shipping costs.
5.4 PTA has the right to use a third party to arrange the handling and packing of the order.
5.5 The customer is responsible as the owner of the articles after they are paid. The risk of the articles starts for the customer at the moment of delivery. Delivery is Free Storage Västra Frölunda, Sweden and are sent insurance unpaid.
Article 6 Complains and liability
6.1 You have to check the order immediately after receiving it. If the order is not correct and does not contain what you have ordered you must tell us within 5 working days.
6.2 If it is proved the delivery is not the one you have ordered we will, after returning, replace the order by the proper articles. You have to send the wrong articles back to PTA together with the PTA return document. PTA will provide you with all the necessary return shipping documents.
6.3 You have the right, according to Swedish law "Sale on distance", to send back the order if it is not what you expected it to be. You have to send it back within 7 days without giving any reason. The cost of sending back the order in that case is for the customer. Articles has to be unopened, undamaged and in original seal. NOTICE that Colours, Bode products or any product that the customer can take any advantage of will not be accepted as to be returned
6.4 Articles damaged during transport or damaged because of other reasons will not be taken back and will not be paid back.
6.5 We will care for the best packing and do our utmost to prevent the products from damage but guaranties cannot be given.
6.6 We are not responsible for the use and all consequences of the use of products delivered by our web shop. By the use of tools we warn you for the risks. Tools can be sharp and can give serious wounds. Never let tools unattended and store them directly after use. Keep away from children.
6.7 If you decide to use your right to send back the articles, we will pay you back within 30 days after arrival of the article. It has to be unopened, undamaged, not used and in original seal. Cost made by PTA for shipment will not be refunded. Cost the customer made for sending back articles will not be refunded by PTA.
6.8 PTA is not responsible in case of circumstances outside our control such as force majeur.
6.9 Our contract fall under Swedish law.
6.10 PTA cannot give any kind of guarantee on products delivered. If there is on a product such a special guaranty offered by the factory we will provide you with this.
Article 7 Business to Business (B2B)
7.1 PTA web shop is open to registered tattoo studios as a B2B platform for sales of tattoo equipment.
These terms and conditions are valid October 1st 2009 and replaces earlier published terms and conditions. Pro Tattoo Art STG is a registered company in Sweden and the registered legal name is Pro Tattoo Art STG and is a part of Slipstream Trading Group AB.
